Professor Tracey L. Sigers is a distinguished technology leader, educator, and strategist dedicated to bridging the digital divide through high-impact artificial intelligence (AI) literacy and technical training. Recently appointed as the Director of National AI and Digital Skills Initiatives, Professor Sigers spearheads nationwide efforts to equip communities and workforces with the tools necessary to thrive in an AI-driven economy.
Ms. Sigers holds multiple degrees, including an MBA and a master's degree in technology leadership from Franklin University. She is also a former Affiliate Professor for Ohio Christian University, where she taught courses in College Study Skills, Information Technology, Business, and MBA programs. In 2022, Ms. Sigers was selected as a Certified Certiport Global Ambassador, focusing on IT education and certifications. She was also a finalist for the Global Women in Tech Speaker of the Year in 2023 -2024 and Global Women in Tech 2025 Lifetime Achievement Award Nominee.
As an author, motivational speaker, and former Miss Black Ohio, Ms. Sigers is one of the founders of Iced Treats, a jewelry company. She is a proud member of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, and is a certified Professional and Christian Life Coach.
